Question Rims

I am getting rims for my Maxima soon, I am thinking about getting 17's but Im worried that they wont look that good. I would get 18's but in Casper there are alot of bumps and dips to drive on and I dont want to ruin my investment by bending a rim. I have seen pictures of Max's with 17's which look sweet but do they look the same in person, or do they look small? Also how wide a rim are you guys running I want a wider tire but dont know how wide I can go without problems, what are your wheel tire setup, Im thinking of wrapping my rims in Falken Azenis.:sun:

Go to www.tirerack.com it is also at the top of this page, there you can build your car with the rims and tires you want on it and see what it looks like.

I love the website, sometimes for $hit$ & giggles I go there just to play around with my car and see how many different combos I can place on my car and see what looks best or what looks fugly.

Anywayz, I hope this helps.

17 inch wheels at stock ride height, If you keep the wheel wells clean and dark (I spray tire shine in them) it looks just fine.

My sig pic is 17 inch wheels lowered with H&R springs. (1.5 inches)

I got 17" and they look sweet. The only odd thing is the big wheel gap which I will get rid of in the Spring when I put the rims back on. I'll probably go with AGX and H&R spring.

Wheels

:smoka:
Dude ....don't go to tire rack. You will be unhappy. I hope I am not to late. Go to onlinetires.com. They will take good care of you. Ask for Michael. I just got a set of Falkens and Katana setup. I got 17 with a 215/45/17 tire setup. The reason I stayed with 17 is that 17 still have some meat left on the tire to not kill the ride too much. The 18-20 rims make the tire so small that you drive over a penny and you feel it in your spine. If you drive to work or do errands in your car the 18 might be a rough ride. (I am told from this very forum)
