Burnin water?

Okay, I have an interesting problem with my CRX, the thing is burning water. I let it run for a while thinking maybe it was burning water from the radiator but it wasn't, I'm guessing it's coming from the gas (the gas in it is only 2yrs old) am I going to have to dump the full tank out in the back yard or is there some sort of additive I can put in to help eliminate the water?

alcohol about 3 gals in a ten gal. tank. Then leave the gas cap off it should get rid of most of the water.

Go to a go-kart shop or preformance shop they may have it (for sure a kart shop will have it).
