Damn Nassau Cops

I live in Roosevelt NY and things here are not all that great! It's not a good part of Long Island. A couple of months ago I was cruising down Hemstead TPK. When this civic si pulled up With it's vtec soaring. I thought the car was hot so I put my window down and asked what he had under the hood? He said he couldn't tell me, so we kept on talking at the light. When the light changed we kept on talking so people started beeping I told the guy we'll talk some other time and he said aaaigghht!! Then he took off so I took off behind him! We didn't realize that there were 4 unmarked cars on the side street.!! Before we hit 50 they were on our ass!!They must have been watching the whole time. Anyway I got arrested for dragracing and got sent to County Jail ,Stripped and dressed in a pumpkin suit. The funny thing is they took my pba card and never gave me a ticket for speeding!!??It cost me 3500 with my lawyer who got it reduced from a misdemeanor to a traffic infraction and a fine of 350.00 dollars. I think they finally broke my spirit!!,and I've been racing since 87!!

At least I got to keep my baby!!!!

don't let it kill ur spirit man...i kno wut its like. i had the biggest down of my racing when i wrecked my friens type r, an everything else seemed to drag me down w/ my car even. but if it is something u love, don't let ANYONE take that from u. maybe keep it to the track, but u can't let ppl bring down something that u believe in so much. keep it up, an show the cops that our import scene is foreel, an that we don't need to street race to keep it alive.
