ZC Questions???

I was wondering, what all is included in a ZC swap? I was thinking of doing a ZC swap into my 90 LX sedan. I want to keep my DX 5 speed tranny and anthing else I can. I would just have to add to the harness for the mpfi.....right?? The dist. also needs to be wired dif, right? What about the ECU? Let me know people please?!?!?!
