98 LTZ front wheels shudder on quick starts

My 1998 lumina LTZ the front wheels shudder when i come off quick starts like a stop sign or a red light. I was told it was probably the strut bearing but i don't know. the car has 106,000 miles on it. any sugestions to fix this problem?

bad tire mybe or u need C/V joint thats what was wrong with my 92 Z-34 or rotor,s need turning
