Talking what engine will fit this tranny

i have a 94 civic lx 1.5, i want an jdm b16b or a b18c motor (usdm if i have to), first i need to know will it fit my 5-speed tranny. if so what else will i need to go with the engine to make it run in my car, like ecu etc. or will my ecu work till i get the money to get the ecu, and later on the tranny.
