What were the original tires on a 1990 GT?

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out what the original tires were on a 1990 mustang GT with the 15" turbine wheels. Does anyone know what tires came on this car from the factory? What size were they?

TIA,

Phil

They were uni-directional Goodyear, either Gatorbacks or Eagles. 225/60VR15

What a differance a year makes.....my 91 LX 5.0 came with 225-55ZR16 tires. Had to replace one after two months cuz I ran over a nail.....will remember those tires....cost $220.

Yup that's cause in 91 Ford introduced the infamous 5-star wheel (16in), replacing the old Turbine's (15in). A more sporty look I guess.
