I fixed it.
Finally figured out what was wrong with my car... if only I'd followed my instincts, I would've fixed it months ago...
Anyways, it turns out that I fried my alarm system, and the fuel cut-off feature of the alarm wouldn't let me start the car. This was something that I had originally thought could be the problem, but I ended up trying a ton of other things instead. Anyways, today, I disconnected the alarm and it started right up. So :finger:

I hate alarms........especially the ones that go off when I drive by. Glad u got it goin again.....it's sad 2 c a civic sittin.
