Pricks

Why is it when you are going down the road, doing 5 over the speed limit and just cruising along all of a sudden some asshole desides he wants to stick the nose of his car up the ass of yours? I was coming home and this prick got 3 feet from my bumper and sat there. So i slowed down a but to see if he would pass me, which he didnt. This kinda pissed me off so I sped up to maybe see if I could get him off me a little, still didnt work. So I thought to myself "if you wanna play, I'll play" and I kicked it in the butt. I was going 80 in a 55(in the country) before the dickhead would back off. And you know what? He was only going 2 houses down from me. I know I probably wasnt right for Speeding so that he wouldnt sit on my bumper but honestly, why dont people have patience anymore? Maybe next time Ill have some bee-bee's in my car and just drop a hand-full out my window and see if he can dodge them...
To all the bumper-humpers out there, heres to you:finger:

It's called a brake-check, man. If someone is tailing you, and you give him a chance to pass and he doesn't, then he has to pay. you SLAM on your brakes. If he doesn't hit you, fine, he'll back off a LOT, trust me. If he does hit you, well it might be a little out of your way, but he owes you for a new car and messed up his own. Hell, if you can whip your head against the steering wheel, then you can sue for medical stuff, and get a REALLY REALLY nice car. I haven't been hit yet, but have scared the asshole out of many people this way. It's fun too.

The handbrake is good for that too.Nothing like a sudden puff of tyre smoke to scare the crap out of some asshole who desperately deserves it.

A lot of people aren't tailgaiting on purpose - they're just idiots - and this is what I do: look up into the rearview and adjust the mirror a tad. It makes them feel conspicuous, if they're accidentally tailgating, and they back off. If they're tailgaiting to be jerks, it lets them know, "OK, I see you" and if you let them pass at the next opportunity, you're fine. 75% of the time, this works for me. The next thing I do is flash my hazards - usually they think it's brake lights and back off, but I don't risk damage to my car.

If they stay on my rear, and won't back off even after the rear-view thing and hazards, and especially if I'm on the freeway, I call the Highway Patrol. It's *11 on the cell phone no matter where you are - it automatically calls the nearest dispatch. I've only had to use this once, when I was going 75 (the limit) around a semi, and a 98-01 silver Altima came roaring up on my rear end, then decellerated to 3' off my bumper, at which point he kept driving up my ass, then backing off, then driving up, then backing off, then faking like he was going to pass in the median or something, then faking like he was going to push me into the semi, etc.
As soon as I was a safe distance in front of the semi, I changed lanes and wrote down the Altimas out-of-state-plate# on my hand, then called HP. They said they were sending someone out. A few mins later, I was driving past a rest stop, and glanced at it to see if he'd been pulled over into it. Lo and behold, there the Altima was, but no cops around! I called HP back and updated them on the situation. Then, I took the first exit into the next town, and as I passed a gas station near the second exit, there he was again! I called HP up and updated them as he left the gas station to get back on the freeway. I got on the freeway too, and about 3 miles down the road, there he was, pulled over. As dispatch had instructed me, I got out to sign a statement, but the attending officer said he didn't need one. The guy was breaking about 4 laws when he got pulled over, including speeding, not signalling, reckless driving (menacing other drivers who didn't instantly move out of his way) etc. He was already getting about a grand worth of tickets. And, to my surprise, he was a 50-something old guy. I've had more problems with older agressive drivers than young ones. He had actually gone to the rest stop and gas station to avoid getting ticketed. Any case, the officer thanked me for calling him in, and it was a satisfying end to the tailgating.

AND..Here's the BEST EVER tailgating solution, quoted from Domiken on www.g20.net:

Quote:
HAHA reminds me of a similar story. I was hauling ass down the freeway at around 80-90Mph and i had this tricked out Honda behind me, i was stock back then with an exhaust. Anyways the guy was tailgating to the point where i couldnt see his headlights, it was a white accord, and i let go of the accelerator to slow down. He didnt move, so then i looked up ahead and saw construction...hehe so in amazement i floored the car, go up to about 95pmh(remember i had slowed down), and just before i hit 100mph WHILE HEADING TOWARDS A BOB BARRICADE(the orange construction things on the road) i swerved at the last second and with amazement, little mr accord hit the bob barricade at around that speed on his fender and busted his light and probably a little more damage. This was around 1am with no cars on the road. I quickly kept hauling ass and took another highway up to my house JUST IN CASE!! The guy could have died but i had the car only for about a month and i didnt want the guy to hit my bumper.
Quote:
I did the same thing again about 2 months ago on the way home from the movies with a FUKUS(Focus), but this time i took him around my area, about a mile from my house to a construction area and i made the little yellow fukus go in a ditch that was a good 3 feet deep...LOL im gonna get my ass kicked one day. The guy had followed me for a good 10 miles, everywhere i went he went. I drove back and he was outside his car and the bumper and hood were messed up.... the guy looked like lil wayne or something with a rag on his shoulder, and a workout white strao 80's style around his head, i would say about 16yrs old.
