60k service on 98 civic lx

I'm getting ready to do the 60k service myself and this is what I plan on doing:

Replace Oil/filter
Replace distributor cap/rotor
Replace spark plugs
Replace fuel filter
Replace PCV valve
Replace Air Filter
Replace Brake Fluid
Replace A/T Fluid
Replace Engine Coolant (I think this is done at 45k, but what the heck)

Questions:

Am I missing anything or doing too much?

Also, Should I use OEM fluids (coolant, transmission, Brake) or can I get your typical auto store brands (Prestone<etc)

thanks

One more thing

How can I flush out all of the transmission fluid. I understand that only half comes out after the plug is removed.

thanks

Roger
