a race for fun

I have a automatic 1998 Nissan Maxima SE with a mass air flow adapter and air filter. (I haven't done any more b/c it isn't in my full possession yet)
My friend drives a stick 1995-1997 (not sure) Integra LS with 16 inch rims and a AEM intake.
We both have 100,000 miles on the car. But are thinking of racing for fun just to see who's ride is faster. Anyone have an idea? Most of my friends say that i would beat him cuz of the V6 with the intake/air filter kit compared to a 4 banger and an aem intake.

If his is just an LS, you'll run circles around him.

You can take an LS easily, they tend to run faster once they get going. Get a good launch and don't spin out and you'll leave him in the dust.

a 4th gen max only weighs 2895 lbs(with a 5speed). if you don't win, there's a little problem

yeah. im good friends with him so i've been in his car a lot. it is quick don't get me wrong. i saw him kill a kid in an old school rx7, but then again the kid in the rx7 didn't know how to drive stick for his life. i know the integras are lighter but i just didn't think he could stay with me. thanks for the replies.
