ECU location?

Do any of you know where the ECU is located on a 98 Prelude, non-sh. I want to know because I might get the jet chip and I need to send it out to them so they can put it together...any help is appreciated!

on most hondas its under the passanger side floorboard. just pull back the carpeting and there should be a panel thats its underneath. just a guess, could be wrong though.
