is the 03 WRX worth it?

I was just on this site which contains some info on the 04 WRX:

From reading this, availability of moonroof, change of tachometer layout and redesign of front-end seem to be the major changes.
I guess the thing is I already have an 03 WRX on order. Should I wait for 04' to buy the new model? Personally, I don't really like the 04 front end, but I don't want to lose resale $$ when this 04 model comes out. Besides, I do like the moonroof availability. Although, I am probably gettin the 03 WRX cheaper than the 04 WRX.
What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Well, you've gotta consider a few things.

You said you don't want to loose your resale value. Are you planning on modding it any? If so, unless it's highly modded and you sell it as a performace car, your resale is already shot. Also, how much more is the MY04 then the MY03? Will that cost less then getting a sunroof put in yourself?

I would just get the 03. Things can change between now and the 04 model year, and the car could be totally different than what they say it will be like. Resale value shouldnt go down that much either way.

I'm definitely staying with the 03'. I guess, what it came down to was the looks. To me, they tailored the 04 to look almost like everythin else on the road. I feel lucky to have the last of the bug eye models, so I'm happy with what I choose.Now, time to find mods, because I have to waiiitt 5 more weeks=))
I'm wondering, did every1 have 2 wait 6 weeks? And when a dealer says that, does that mean that the car is in Japan ?

I agree, the 04 looks like all the rest where as the 02 and 03 stand out. those small fall lamps are not too flash either.

I like the idea of 300 hp but I still need the wagon for the room. any news if the 04 sti will come in a wagon?

Cool555, nice choice. The '04 model is nowhere near as nice as the '03.
Busdrvr, I am sure the 2004 will have a wagon model. They wouldn't just drop that option. And good choice on an '04 WRX wagon. That front end looks better with the wagon than this year's does.

i drove mine off the lot the day i wen tin. but then mine isn't a wrx. are they seriously still having waiting lists for wrx's? there's 5 or 6 right on the lot here.
