So what do you guys think?
The H2 is not as cool as the HMV. Sorry but the whole point of owning a hummer is its rugged apperance. On the H2 they are putting smaller tires on larger rims. Well thats cool if your a car but in the outdoors you want big tires with small rims... The width is less and lots has changed I know the H2 probably inst for the outdoor enthusiast but... Well it hurts me to see AM General morph an awesome rigid vehicle into a for the rich luxury SUV... Dont call it the H2 Call it something else... just not hummer.... Im hurt

"SUBARU" is a Japanese word meaning "unite," as well as a term identifying a cluster of six stars which the Greeks called the Pleiades -- part of the Taurus constellation. According to Greek mythology, Atlas' daughters turned into this group of stars.

Totally. Although they are both purpose-built, they have different purposes. One is to take the kids to soccer practice, and the other is to take the kids to soccer practice by cutting through the river and over the mountain. They're selling out by tapping into the SUV craze and completely sacrificing their reputation as the ultimate in off-road. Sad to see. Kind of like the Porsche Cayenne.

they are ugly as hell and its gonna hurt them i think, cause hummers were supposed to be completely designed for off road applications, this H2 is probably gonna be made for those people who buy them who thinks 4 wheelin is goin down a country gravel road!!! Am needs to stick with the original and just keep improving the normal humvee

I don't think it will hurt them at all. I think they'll prosper wonderously. They're already the most prominent SUV manufacturer of all time, arguably, and this toned-down, soccer-mom, wanna-be-bad-a$$ will be hugely popular for those who want to turn heads without the extreme looks of the regular Hummers.

1 in 5 new automobiles sold in the US is an SUV, and I've heard in a few years it's expected to reach 1 in 3! Tapping into the market is still as profitable as ever, so sales should be good, one would think.

I think it's cool

it's cool, but it needs to look a little bit more dirty and dangerous. Just a dirty brown paint would make it look better.

AM General is working on an H3 SUT in the low $40s and even a smaller H4 model with a price in the $16-17k range.

The H2 is just "less" ugly . . .

of course

because most cars look ugly if u dent them up, the Hummer looks ugly so when you dent it up it looks beautiful...it's in the rough constantly

actually, i don't think it's ugly,... but the H2 looks like it will show a scratch VERY easily, and the old one looks rougher and looks like it handles more

The H2 is ok

I think that the H2 is ok, it does not look the greatest but it is hell-a- cheaper. I most say if i had the money i would get a H1 but it is just to dman expensive. I am not sure if i am correct so some speak up if i am wrong but i think i read some where that the H2 does not have the same abilities as the H1 when it comes to off road. If i am wrong please tell me. I think that the hummer regardless of looks is the best suv you can buy right off the lot and take it and abuse it, unlike other suv's.

I just think that hummers are highly over-rated. I would not mind if the armed forces gave me a hummer, but I would never even dream of paying that much for one.

The new hummer looks really really fragile. It has plastic on it

The H2 is a bastardized version of the epitome of trucks.
