-If you want good feedback from regulars on a forum, you have to contribute something to that forum - not just post 'n' leave.

-Get rid of the FUCKING POPUPS!

-Get some inegration happening - slick layout, nav panel whatever. It looks like something cobbled together with "I don't know any HTML 1.0".

-Develop a theme and purpose throughout the site - why does it exist? Why would people come here? Why do I include a navigation bar at the top of the screen in some pages and not other?

-Distinguish the site from the other 1000s of others out there with a few pics slapped randomly.
