Lightbulb Best Way to Add hp...?

What's the best way to add hp without sacrificing either low end or high end? And would modifying the engine be practical?

a few options might be weight reduction, fuel controller, underdrive pulleys, engine rebuild, cam gears or camshafts. Im pretty sure all of those mods should increase hp across the whole powerband

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look up on them. One of my main concerns is actually price (and where to get them here in the Philippines), but that's another story. I'll ask around here where I can find these things.

cam gears do not increase hp. if you have a DOHC engine, maybe, because you can advance the intake or exhaust cam seperately. on a SOHC engine, it would advance both the intake and exhaust cams making it useless. aftermarket cam gears on a SOHC would only be used in the case that you bought an aftermarket cam and need the extra adjustablility to set the cam timing.
