what size tires on std?

what size tires are supposed to be on the pims of an std (13 inch wheels) because im pretty sure mine are smaller than they are supposed to be because i know my speedometer is wrong, when im on the highway going 5 over the limit, everyone is passing me, that never happened before.....

175/70 on my DX hatch.. I think the STDs are even skinnier..

they r quite chunky for a 13... i think ill stick to the standard i dont have any prob with traction ..... been round a roundabout about 6 times donig about 60mph and never lost traction ... mind u i have lowered the car with sport springs so there aint much roll... i fonud the standard suspension way too soft... but then again my front springs where snapped lol ...
