What would u do???

i will be getting a 1800 dollar check from my insurance company here pretty soon. other than putting the money into the engine (just rebuilt stock engine) what would you guys suggest?

yea dude ... i would just go with what feels right for you ... although a nice engine upgrade from the std would be really good.

What would I do? A B16A swap.. Just do the work yourself.

OR I'd at least do a ZC if I didn't think I could handle swapping in the B16 myself..
And maybe some HX rims.

A Z6/Y8 swap would be less than a B16 swap, would be a good cheap upgrade, Probaly $1,000 with rebuilding the motor. Or a set of wheels and tires and struts to go with the springs you have...

At least 4K?! It sure as hell shouldn't cost that much!

I payed $3200 for a complete swap at a shop and it INCLUDED an extra $400 for an auto to manual conversion.. And thats CANADIAN funds! I bet if you looked around and shopped around and just get to know the right people that there are shops that would do it for $2200 US funds or less.. Damn, you guys get jipped on motors down there..
