Kinda on topic, but not really...
I tried to make a picture 100 X 100 pixels for that thing to the left of your post, but it didn't work using paint. What program did you people use?

it should work with paint... but paint is a really bad programm
i use ulet photoshop or corell draw... be sure that it is a jpg file |

corel draw is the easiest and photoshop the hardest and illustrator is like in the middle!
