As for springs...it's a no brainer....Eibach...I have the Prokits and I love them...had them on my S14 and I loved them there too

Shox now...that's a hard one if we are comparing top of the line models across the way...which would be dampening adjustable

Tokico Illuminas (which I have) are awesome
Koni Yellow's are really good too...but pricey
Bilstein's...I havent heard anything about these but I know they make great shox...dont know the price

Another company you might want to consider is GAB...not sure if they still export them here but if they do...it's a nice one to go w/...but really pricey...even more so than the Yellow's

I'd say get the Tein RA'S hands down. I had the tokikos illuminas and eibachs on both my NA and my TT untill recently when I wised up and got some Tein's. Performance is so much better. Tokikos suck I can say that cause I used to have them. The RA'S are a little rough but so much better. Thats what I would recomend.

If I had the cash right now.My setup would be Eibach springs with Tokico shocks. My friend has this setup on his Civic and the ride is amazing.
