Smile My entry for the contest....a sneak look !!

Well.......all going well this well hopefully be my entry into the modelling contest. I'm fast running out of time to have it finished though.

Thankyou to tonioseven for finding and sending me the kit

Just thought i'd finally share it to stop all the PM asking what it is....so here is a sneak look !!!

So far the kit was sanded and primed then painted in Tamiya TS-39 Mica Red. The paint was quite hard to cover over the white primer and needed around 7-8 coats before i was happy with it. The body details are almost done. The window trims and those "panel lines":finger: are done too !! A final rub with compound and a polish will finish the outside.
At present trying to get the final height set.....the kit comes with no suspension so its proving to be a bit of a pain to get right.
The rims are Equip 5 spokes.
Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Its a surprise, i'll say that much! I thought you were aiming to have the F150 done in time.

The cruiser looks great on those rims, great finish as always.

How much more bigger than a 19" can you get?

One of those DUB wheels maybe...

Pman if it wasn't so late into the contest you could have beaten them all by putting in a Viper engine inside and this has been done in the states.

Maybe that will be a good idea for after the contest
