protect rims in winter??

i have 18 rims i just took em off but i wanna put em back on it snows here sometimes but not that much ....anyways i wanna put em back on is there anyway i can put em on and stay safe is there anything to protect them from salt eatin em up or anyother way they'll stay safe??

and did everyone take off their rims???

just ride steelies, ide rather be safe than sorry, my boy just the other day lost control in like 1" of snow and fuked up his rim and his axle
