Exclamation Body Kit's?

My boy has a 94' Caprice cop car. He wants a body kit, and he has not been able to locate a good variety. So, if you guys could help him out that would be great.

Thanks!:bandit:

I found this site.....I'll keep looking for more places.

Most of the Kits I have seen have been rear and front bumber kits and Grills. I have spotted a few Ram Air hoods as well. A great sounding exhaust system will finish the job

I know it has no ground effects but here is a pic of our local D.A.R.E. police car I was involved in building.

Can someone explain why they use cars like Caprices and Crown Victorias for police cars. I think if they get in a chase with a Corvette or Viper, they wouldn't stand a chance.

Im not sure, I guess they are just right for the job. The police Crown Vics have like a 300HP or more range 4.6 HO V8 thats better than a Mustang's 4.6 in the Cobra. Thats what I have heard. I seen a couple of cruisers in our neighborhood with really bald rear tires. Wonder what they been doing in the parking lots 1am in the morining in their spare time...?

Simple. Many police forces have a couple of "high speed" vehicles, but these are not nessicary for everyday traffic work. Besides the fact that these type of high speed pursuits end up turning out for the worst. High speed pursuits are becoming frowned on more and more, and they just have road blocks set up, and use choppers to pursue a speeding criminal.

Caprice / Impala / Crown Vic 's all provide a decent amount of space to put the "badguy" once you get him in custody. Also, its a big car. This in itself makes it intimidating. An Lt-1 powered Caprice / Impala is no joke either. It's not going to keep up with all the sports cars out there, but it will hold its own, considering its size. These cars can also take alot of punishment, and fair well in crashes. Meaning more safety for the officers.

There are more reasons, but I think you get the point

EDIT: Damn, I didnt check the date on this thread before posting.
