it's not actual carpet. Just a flock type stuff that imitates real carpet.

Looks quite real which is 1 of the reasons I love this model

he good choice, I picked up the exact same last week, even the colors match.
SO I agree with yor first choice of die-cast model.
I also have 2 JGTC Skyline's from Ebbro, the 2000 Calsonic Skyline and the Pennzoil Nismo GTR both featured in Gran Turismo 3.

I now have 12 die-casts all in the box
When I can get a camera I will take some pics and post them here

I have 90 some 1:18's and my dad has around 70. But when its comes to Skylines I have the R34 AutoArt Skyline in Blue with Yokohama on the windshield, superstreet on the rear window, and TurboXS in front of the rear wheel wells, I also have a Kyosho R32 Skyline GTR Calsonic JGCC (Yes I know and its not the JGTC car), as well as two muscle tuners (some gay brand we have here in the US that destroys the look and reputation of fine Japanese Imports, except Civics screw those understeering peices of crap) R34 Skyline GTRs which are baisicly JGTC cars with interiors and awful engine detail.

tazdev is stepping up now; he's got a diecast... BIG mistake

j/k congrats on your first car. I'm telling you right now; it's not your last...

I have almost 100 cars in 1:24 and 1:18 total and that's nothing compared to other's I've seen...
