Question cam timing?

My neighbor bought some speed equipment for his ZX3 Focus. Some of the equipment includes a polished aluminum head, Stinger cams, cat back, K and N intake, and a header. He says he's having Superchips program a chip. I haven't worked on or seen his Focus. Should I degree the cams. . I guess timing the cams to the cranks would be a good start. Are there any marks I should look for to position the cams. My interests are with BB Mopars. This should be fun.
