Apexi rev/speed meter

I used to own a 3 3/4 inch ractive tachometer in my civic but after an alarm install it broke. I want to replace it because for some reason my car doesn't have a stock tachometer. I was looking at something digital and I came across the apexi rsm-gp rev/speed meter. It looks nice and has a lot of functions. If anyone has it could you tell me if you like it, location i should mount it, and if I can strictly have an anolog tachometer which can take up the whole screen.

What timing, I just got one and am planning on hooking it up tonight. First of all you should make sure that it supports your car(apexi usa website). Second of all, you have to like it, its just so nice but Ill back it up later when I hook it up.

Its sooo nice. If you want it just for a tach, it could work but you would have to look at it in numbers because the analog mode is too hard to see even though it looks hot. As for placement, heres some ideas; under your radio console in front of the stick, on the ceiling angled toward you, positioned like a regular tach on top of the dash, or I've even seen it mounted in the door. Let me know how it turns out.
