How toxic is resin?
And do you need any special protection? Do you need to work with it out in the garage? How about if there is no separate work room? Can you work with it on the kitchen table? My concern is that I also have a family. I'm sure that many of us modelers work on our kitchen tables or in an open area of the house. Plastic is good but resin has more variety.

Some people sand resin under running water to avoid resin dust, because they say it's harmful. I'm not sure if it's toxic, though.

You only need to worry about resin when sanding as resin dust is harmful in someways (just like paint vapor) when breath in.
I could feel my nose twitching (no kidding) when I got resin dust in there :silly2:
