Guys,
New here... Got a 93 300z auto nothing too hopped up. Trans was rebuilt about 1 1/2 years ago and has about 30k on it.. Ever since I got it back it has had a terrible delayed engagement into Drive about 4-5 seconds. When going into reverse, manual 1st or 2nd I have no delay at all. Just when selecting the drive range. Shifter is adjusted correctly. Manual Lever Posisition Sensor? Also after cranking up the car the A/T light flashes for a few. Please advise

check tranny fluid if you haven't, and check or have checked the filter and bands. You may need to have the bands tightened.

I have rebuilt a bunch of Chevy and Ford autos but not one of these...
Where are the band adjustments? Should have stated the fluid is full. I even changed it and the filter, flushed it all out of the convertor etc.. Also changed out the the Revolution Sensor
