Thumbs up !!!

How about a Tamiya R-34? R-33? Both are excellent and are quite easy to build!

I thought the revell ITR was a relatively easy kit. Little painting is needed, unless you wannna trick it out.

Mate, try to read the FAQ, you have everything covered there, both what you need, where to get it, and how to use it too!

As for suggesting a model, I'd go with one of the Skylines as well...

Good luck,
Alex

Read the Painting tutorial in the FAQ and there is the Subaru Imprezza there. It seems like a good kit for beginners.

How about trying one of thoes pre-painted body kits from Revell

They look quite easy to do, and because the body is pre-painted, including the window trim, you should end up with a model that looks realy good.

Sorry but I don't know the link to the revell site.

Good luck with your first kit, make sure you post pics if you can!!!!!!

Sorry I don't know how to edit my posts yet :what: :zx11pisse

I think the most important thing to remember while building your first model is.......... "To have fun"

You don’t need to buy all the paints for your first kit, most of the people you see on this forum have been modelling for years.

Just concentrate on cleaning up the plastic sprue and getting a good fit of the parts, then on your next kit take it a step further. A well built model without paint will lot 100x better than a poorly built kit covered in paint.

Read the FQA, I did, all the way from start to finish and I learnt a number of new tricks. If you get stuck of need some advice, there are lots of people here willing to share there experience with you.

Well that’s my 2 cents

Fooesboy
