Question Air Bag Code "45"

Can anyone help? I'm giving my mother in-law my 95 Taurus and the air bag light flashes "45". Anyone know what it stands for? Thank You!

Re: Air Bag Code "45"

On your 2000, the code 45 translates to:
Passenger Side Impact Severity Sensor Communications Fault
I would look at the sensor wiring and connections.
