To ground a wire, you just need to secure it to a good point in your car. Like the chassis, etc. What do you drive?

Lightbulb

if u had someone else install your screen like best buy or any store they will always disable the screen while u r driving because any active screen in the drivers view while the car is in motion is illegal. so if you know anything about radios take urs out and find the wire that goes to the ebrake find out exactly what having it up does for the screen and replicate that without using the ebrake in someother form.

Easy way to ground a wire....
Go to where the seatbelt actually bolts into the chassis of the car. There should be a big bolt. Take the bolt off. Then get a washer. Put the wire that u are grounding in between the chassis and the washer(make sure that it is touching metal. Then, put it all back together. The seats belts are a good place to ground wires, especially the back ones.

Well, if it is painted, and like i said, if you do it on the seatbelts, you could always just grab a knife and scratch away the paint till you can see bare metal.

"Grounding" just means you attach a wire to allow the electrons to escape the device. Basically you have to attach a wire to a really big piece of metal (e.g the chasis).
