parking brake
man..i have a lot of problems with my car!
the newest problem is that sometims my parking brake won't engage. i keep pulling it up and pressing the button, but it won't engage until i press the brake. this only happed a couple times in the last few weeks and a friend said that i probably need to tighten up the cable. but like i said, this only happened a few times in the last coupe weeks.....any suggestions??

if it only engages when you push your brakes, and the tightening doesnt work. i would take my drums off and spray my brakes with brake cleaner maybe the brake dust is causing stuff to stick
