I'm not planning to build it anytime soon but I was thinking a nice electric blue similar to that on the real car ; Toyota makes a nice blue but it's hard to find.

Tonio, thought you were going to post pics :apoke: :apoke:

Dont know why I bought this kit. Nice kit, but dont think Altezza is my cup of tea. As you see parts are still in the bags. Perhaps I'll build it later as the finished kit looks pretty good.

The Explosion resin aero-kit (this car has 2 resin aero kits and 1 stock plastic kit) comes in a styrofoam-like bag that I havent really opened so cant take pics of that.

Nice rims :smoker:

Hmm, I like the look of that kit. How long until you plan on building it?

It's 18" Oz Racing Nova. Very nice and very 18".

Nothing's fishy as lots of design look like the BBS DTM.

I have quite a few kits in the pipeline (2 RX7s, S15 or two) so dont know when this will take center stage. Who knows though, I might need a change of pace from the rotaries

Since the OZ Nova is MUCH easier to find than Aoshima's BBS DTM, who cares indeed :jump: :jump: :jump: :jump:

Do you glue the parts on first then paint the car or do you paint the parts then glue? I was wondering so I could paint my aristo

I glue all the aerokits first except the spoiler / rearwing. The rearwing tends to make polishing hard. It can be glued in the end with krystal klear (dont use plastic cement as it will ruin the paint job).

Btw, it is an Altezza.
