I use penzoil, but a lot of people reccomend synthetic stuff. As far as amounts go, lemme find my haynes (yes I know its weak) manual, and I will tell you.

I get whatever is cheap, if i don't care than the motor shouldn't. Just make it think that it's the good stuff when you pour it in, just gotta trick it.

HAHAHA, I actually have never changed my oil ever, there is a place about 2 blocks south of my old high school that does it for like $11.

I only use AMSOIL Or RedLine in my cars and my bikes.

the red line let the motor make more 3hp just by changing the oil on my motorcycle

All motor oils are basically the same now days. Synthetics are the best for high use situations and extreme use situations. Anyway I think quaker state makes some of the best oil.....however I'm not sure if anyone knows this but WAL-MART oil is made by quaker state, so if you want to save a buck buy some WAL-MART 10W-30. It's quaker state. Right now I'm running Castrol Syntec cause it was on sale at Advance Auto

Synthetic isn't good to use in an old engine because it will leak easier than regular oil does. Unless your engine has used it since it was new then don't put it in.
