Question Turbo going to fit?

My friend David wanted me to ask you guys if a 92-95 Civic EX turbo kit from JCW Sport Compact would fit in his 89' Civic Hatchback. The engines are basically the same D16 setups so is it possible?

he said they are basically the same d16 set-up

it fits with some modifications. i personally say go with the "junkyard" set-up. it is much cheaper and you can run 5-9psi. i just heard today "they" are coming out with a new $50 boost control. makes it even cheaper some food for thought:

dude, MELT....relax. that wasn't flamming. i was simply pointing out he mentioned d16. flaming would have been...."you're a fucking idiot, he already said d16" see the difference

you get your feelings hurt WAY TOO EASILY. you can't take shit so literal...or you'll always think you're getting flamed

d16a6 and d15b2 are 100% identical in everyway except for the displacement obviously.....they have a longer stroke and same bore....the kit WILL work only thing that would be ghetto is the port sizing on the turbo manifold vs the d16a6 or d15b2 head.......the z6 has bigger ports....well I guess you could portmatch them.......its not too difficult and for those kind of horsepower gains with the turbo its easy...........................and melt ..........relax dude......take off the yellow emblems and siR badge and I'm sure you'll toughen up a little.......j/k.......its all good point of preference.......

sorry man but nope... the d15b2 from the 88-91 is DPFI, thats why that dual carb set up is so friggin awsome... the older 85-87 hf and dx had a carb set up and damn were they a bitch to work on too heh
