I saw this once at a car show, a Neon with a 6th gen Civic Headlight conversion... I asked him and he said it was totally custom, so i doubt there are any KITS for this.....

It's most likely custom work ... I'm talking about almost the whole front end off of a Civic ... PLEASE don't tell me you're planning to do this!

uhh yeah!!! Because no matter what you do to a civic it will get beat by any car on the road. suckey tor and hp means suckey car o.k lets see the b16a engine has 170 hp and like 127 tor while any other car that has 170hp it will have also 170 tor. YOU NEED TOR TO WIN ANY RACE.
And if you race a eclipse and a civic with the same hp the eclipse is going to win because of tor think you. And you have to spend alot more on a civic in order for it to even come close to beat a eclipse gs-t or even the eclipse non turbo cars

if a civic is built properly and is driven by a good driver, it will win. sometimes its just the driver, not all races are won by more tor or hp experience does play a big factor in winning and losing.

You have to get the core support, front bumper, headlights, fenders, hood from a civic. Cut the core support of off the neon and custom fit and weld the civic core support onto the neon. Then take the fenders from the civic and cut the front part off of them and weld them to the back part of the neon fenders. After you do all of that, you have to find out a way to make the civic hood fit onto the neon so that the lights will lign up with the hood. Good luck
