skyline tails

ok. so i know that everyone on here either has a skyline or is looking to get one, so bear with me.... i have recentley accuired a pair of taillights from an R33 from a seller in japan. i am trying to custom fit these the round brake lights from these tails to my eclipse. since the whole housing is too big to fit, i need to seperate the round red circles from the rest of the housing....i have found 3 screws and a few clips, but i have had no luck getting the plastic cover off so i can seperate the lights!! ok so what i basically need is help...i didn't know where to find it since im in the states....can anyone help or suggest a site where i could find the info i'm looking for??? thanks....

why would you want to put SKYLINE tail lights on an ECLIPSE?????

why?? well my friend, as things go...altezza taillights are played out, euro tails are the same as factory taisl but with orange turn signals, and IF i am successful they should be very eyecatching, look sick, be original, very customized, and don't forget helping me get a lot of points the next time i take it to show.....

I can't help you but I'll agree that it might be a cool idea. Is the Eclipse (shudders....:o ) a turbo or the V6? Just wana know. Welcome to the forums!!!! Have fun!

wanabe do u have all the housing
if so they silicone them in , they tend 2 leak
i cant get mine out , they still leak

Sorry dude. Dont mean to be blunt but if you install SKYLINE lights on your ECLIPSE it wont get respect. People will laugh behind your back. Take it from a Skyline OWNER. Leave your tailights alone. They look good stock. Dont be a ricer. You'll get alot more respect.
