You can do it with lens tint spary, sometimes called blackout spray from most motor factors.

That car could have his headlight housing painted ... It might not be tinted but I can't see that clearly ...

what most of the people do around here is buy R/C car tint spray, it comes in a little aerosol can and they also get the R/C clear coat. If you do it this way this mod. shouldn't cost more than 10 bucks.
Oh yeah, and if you're looking for a place to pick some of this up almost all hobby shops carry it

Don't bother going to a tint shop they won't do it.

isn't it illegal to "blackout" headlights? unless of course you got a different set just for show purposes

I'm pretty sure it depends on where you live. At least in Michigan it's legal as long as at night when you have them on they project enough light out of them and at a far enough distance.

just smoke them enought so it's darker, but not black. the light would just look turned down a notch
smoked corners with amber bulb on EG looks really nice |

can people have clear corners that still flash the stock orange light by just using an orange bulb in it? I was just trying to think of ways to keep it looking nice but not get pulled over.

So if I were to get clear corners and then put the yellow lights in them do they still look stock in the daytime or do they still look pretty much white?
