94 gmc turbo diesel engine codes

Hi, I have a 94 gmc turbo diesel 3500.
I was wanting to see if anyone might have any ideas on these codes I pulled from my truck.
The truck appears to be running ok. I
t does have alot of black smoke on acceleration.
Here are the codes.
