Re: 911 killa

No offense, but sorta old news. Most of the other forums I belong to have 50+ page threads about the new GT-R. It has really grown on me, though. Concept looked stupid, and in that light silver that they are toting around to the auto shows it looks horrid. However...when you see it in white, that dark titanium, black, or red...nice.

Re: 911 killa

oooo, dont even get me started on the red. i'd want to b a virgin just so it could pop my man cherry with it...o it'd b worth it.

911 killer, eh close company. maybe better price, but people that want the 911 turbo will buy the 911 turbo, they wont even look at a gtr...mainly cause it is a nissan. same reason i'll never buy an nsx, good car if not great, but still a honda, at 50g+ i dont think so. people will buy the 911 and people will buy the gtr.

i learned that people will go with the car they love. u wont pull a vette lover away from vettes, same with the viper lovers. i'll take the 911...mainly cause i think it looks better than the gtr35

Re: 911 killa

The 997 turbo looks nice...

But for fucks sake Porsche, can we get an update on the design. Yes, its classic, I get it, but c'mon. I'd lean more towards the GT-R myself, but every reveiw I've read said its a faster car than the 997.

Re: 911 killa

If you want news look to the new ZR1 Corvette that was just recently released. Easily over 600hp supercharged LS3. I love the CF roof and hood cutut. Also, the vents up towards the front on the side are much more agressive than the Z06's.

However, I would still have to say I would choose the new Hennessey Viper over the ZR1 with the Hennessey Viper having 678 hp and 645lb/ft torque.....plus better looks IMO.

Re: 911 killa

Not an LS3, its an LS9. I have tons of info on it, been getting it in my email, lol. I had two dealerships ask how to get one, and I just laughed. Amazing car. If it were a female, the things I would do to it would be illegaly in many states. As a car, the things I want to do with it would be illegal in every state.

u have a good sense of wit/humor, very good timing. ever thought of being a comedian at like the local comedy club? but i agree with u on that.

the 911 will never really change. even the new zo6 is the same basic design as the early 60's. they won't change it because it's iconic and people like the design. porsche won't change the "teardrop" design of the 911, unless they got rid of it and brought it back a few years later. the viper is the same way, same basic design. the nsx never really changed in it's what 15yr run

Re: 911 killa

i haven't even read a full review on the gtr yet, just like an intro overvieew, stating performance numbers and stuff. i haven't gotten my new mag yet, nor have i really looked at work for the new one's either.

i'd rather spend te 124g on the 997 turbo than the 70g+ on the gtr. i'm not gonna argue that it's b/c of legacy...they both have it. i just like porsche, don't get me wrong i think the red gtr is fricken hot as hell

Re: 911 killa

Still getting a low 3second 0-60 and an 11sec 1/4 at 120. Hard numbers to argue against. Would be even better if it went on Jenny Craig tho...
