American versus the rest of the world?

From past experiences dealing with people from AF I've come to the realization that the rest of the world likes to attack Americans when they come into the room to defend our countries cars. I've read posts dealing with comparisons and it always becomes a verbal bashing of American cars. Of course I step in to defend my countries makes and models and it then becomes a verbal bashing of American people. Last time this happened I ended up getting warned by the moderator and nothing happened to the Europeans. Not that I really care, but this kind of seems like BS to me. Americans, please respond to this post if you've had similar experiences or tell me if I'm just imagining things.

How do you know they were not warned?

I could care less what they think. I am glad as hell I live here. I wouldnt trade it for anything. And yes, I have been to other countries.

thats interesting, I see mostly attacking of japanese cars/ honda to be exact. I'm an american and I love my car, but like muscle cars of america as well.

I explained to you in a private message why you were warned.If you still don't get it,then maybe this isn't the forum for you.If you have any issues with the way this board is moderated ,feel free to PM the mods in question.It has nothing to do with American cars vs. The rest of the world,it's about showing a bit of respect to people who have forgotten more about their subject than you will ever know.You wandered into a thread and started shouting your mouth off about things that were none of your business,and insultedseveral senion members,including a senior executive from the Fiat company,and a couple of highly skilled automotive technicians.

You seem to have a massive chip on your shoulder,levelling pointless and abusive comments at people whose respect you have yet to earn.

I have read all your recent posts. I don't know where you are coming from, but I have served this country in its Armed Services, and was involved in Desert Storm. I am proud of my country, and was willing to die for it. With that being said, you are giving Americans a bad name in here. You are displaying the blatant arrogance most other countries picture Americans as having. Chill-out. I have faced death before. Why does that matter in this topic? Because at the end of it all, it doesn't matter what race, creed or religion you come from. Your body shall turn into the same dust/ash as anybody elses. Your soul is your own business. What matters the most is what you leave behind for those that shall follow you. At the rate it's going, all you'll be leaving behind is a long line of people offended by you.
