Hazard light switch part number

Anyone know what the part number is for the Hazard warning switch is? I think its a combo switch with the cruise control. It sits right above the ignition to the left of the middle air vents.

I have a 99 intrigue by the way.

Thanks

Hi

I don't have a part number for you but gmpartsdirect.com shows the same part for '98-'02 with a list of $62, their price $39. If you go to their website, select the catalog along the top. Put in your year/model and then select electrical/chassis electrical/switches.

Re: Hazard light switch part number

The hazard switch is available separately from the cruise switch, best place to find one is at the wrecker's yard. Same switch is about $10-20 at the wrecker's. Access through the center air vent, (it just pulls out after you persuade it with a small screwdriver around the periphary), then reach inside to the left (facing forward) and grasp the two spring loaded prongs that anchor it and the cruise switch to the dash. Squeeze the two "handles" and pull towards the front of car to dislodge, then disconnect the harness connector, (a small screwdirver or fingernail will dislodge the clip retainer), and take out through the air vent opening. As always, installation is the reverse of removal.

Re: Hazard light switch part number

Hmm I did see that part on GMpartsdirect but wasn't sure if it was the same.
Cause in the service manual the cruise control and hazard switch look like one unit. Do they separate?

Thanls for the replies guys.
