electric side mirrors - wiring question

The electric passenger side mirror on our 98 suburan met the center post on our garage and has been laid to rest. The replacement mirror is heated (original wasn't heated) and has 6 wires on an 8 pin connector instead of the original 4 wire 4 pin connector. The orginial connector 4 wire colors are - purple/white, red/white, yellow and light blue. The new connector 6 wire colors are - white, yellow, dark blue, black, black and green. I've checked the wiring digrams I have and none show the mirror wires. Does anyone know how the original 4 wire connector can be spliced to the new 6 wire connector to provide electric mirror control? We don't need or want the heated function of the new mirror. Thanks.

Here is the diagram for the right side mirror connector from my '99 LS.

And Here is the Up level diagram.

Hope this might help you.

Re: electric side mirrors - wiring question

It would seem that my diagram pictures are randomly changing with each 'refresh' of page.
