Thoughts on Parts

Hey guys ive been looking through a few websites and have found some parts i want to get sooner or later. Can you give me your thoughts on these parts and what order i should try t get them? Also if you dont like a part or have some better ones please let me know. All this is for a 99 Gs Eclipse.

AEM Cold Air Induction w/ bypass valve
The Venom 400 Module
Venom Nitrous Systems- VCN1000 or 2000
Venom Fuel Injectors

" " Intake Manifold (Is this legal in Oklahoma

Thanks guys. Please order how I should get these and if there is another brand thats better. Im open to all comments to do with these types of parts. Also wher can i find the plastic piese that bolts to the front driver side fender? I cut mine off yesterday after it fell off and started rubbing my tire. I cut half of it off and am looking for a new one.
