1985 Bronco II losses power and stalls

I have had this problem for awhile. Seems to happen mostly when it is raining or humidity is high. Engine starts and runs good most of the time. At times enine will start missing on the highway you can feel the roughness. This is usuatorlly after about 15-20 miles, engine will gradually get lower and lower on power and will eventually stall. Then it will not resart or even fire. After about 10-15 minutes I can usually get engine restarted and it will run fine. Has been very irratic. When it runs okay it runs real good. I have replaced fuel filter, plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor. would the coil act like this. anyone have any ideas.
