Spark Plugs?

Its been awhile since the spark plugs in my car have been changed. I've been browsing and all spark plugs have their claims, so its hard to determine which ones to go with. What brand of spark plugs do you guys think are high quality and work well? And more specifically in a 2000 2.4L Twin Cam?
