What engine, when was last tune up?
Give us more detail as to what is and is not doing.

Re: 96 blazer will not start

4.3 liter vortec. not sue when last tune was done. it is second car, and not driven much. I am going to take the starter off again and have it tested to make sure the syinoid (sp) is kicking out.

fuel pump is hissing for about 2 seconds. something electrial is not hitting.

Re: 96 blazer will not start

try replaceing the cap a rotor. I have ran into that before. It is a 40$ fix. If it is turning over and just not fireing. hope that helps
