Yukon 2001 service engine soon light turned on
after my dad changed his oil the SES Light turned on. This happened before, and the dealer said something about stepping on the gas pedal 5 times, but i dont remember. Does anyone know how to turn the indicator off? thank you for any help.

Welcome to AF. To reset the oil change lite step on the throttle to the floor key on not running, 3x within 5 seconds, but this is not for the service engine soon or check engine lite. All this is in the owners manual, btw.
