94 lhs ? stummped

I have a 94 lhs runs good no codes, been on 3 diagnostic tests. after i drive for a while i shut the car off but wont start. cranks good but wont get fuel,it only does it when it wants not all the time doesnt die out or overheat,i just have to let it sit for 20 minutes then it starts and runs fine.i can drive it for hours but when i shut it off,it wont start the dealer had it running for hours to try to get it to not start, but it started every time, they cant do certain tests unless it aint running .sometimes it wont start a few times a day but then it wont do it again for a few weeks every sensor is fine, hoses ext what can cause it not to start after shutting it off?rule out overheating cooling is fine.

i think you have the same problem i have with a 92 fifth ave. its a freinds car, ima chevy man and dont know a whole lot about chrysler products.. i come to the conclusion that the fuel pump works when it wants, either not enough pressure or its shorting out,, i have no gauge to check the pressure so im pulling the gas tank and puting in a new fuel pump.. also a fuel filter will make this happen. ...

When the vehicle refuses to start, did you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse with the vehicle cranking? How is the fuel pressure? You need a fuel pressure gage, rent one, borrow it, buy it, something.

If a reference signal is missing intermittently and doesn't set a code, it can be hard to find. It has to be missing when the testing is done.
