Vacuum Source Heater

We changed the heater core last week (a real nightmare) on a 2000 Dodge durango, Now everything works but the blower, with a testlight there is power at the motor plug and when I turn the selector knob on the dash I feel no movement at either Vacuum Diaphram, I unplugged it on the dash and find no vacuum there, Does anyone have a detailed picture showing the routing of the vacuum lines, Could we have the lines reversed at the diaphram ?.
